For sale is a souvenir mini plate featuring the Shawnee County Courthouse in Topeka, Kansas. This plate measures approximately 0.5 inches tall, and it has a 4 inch diameter. This plate was made in Weimar, Germany, and although there is not a specific date on this, I’m assuming this was made some time at least 15 years ago.
On a scale of 1 to 10, with 10 being the best, I would grade the overall condition of this at a 5. There is light staining on the front, and the plate could use a good cleaning.
