Vintage Red Devil Glass Cutter Plus Extra.
As shown in picture.
Red Devil cutter appears to be all metal construction and appears to be in great condition. White marks on handle are adhesive from tape that was attached to it. It should clean off easily.
Including second cutter that has no marking and has a plastic handle.
