1985 Kansas State Seal  Ad Astra Per Aspera
souvenir pinback button.
I

measures approx 2.25
inches
from side to side
and
features a black and white version of the state
seal.
Multi shell pressed construction
with metal
b
ack
and
locking
pin. No makers marks.
The
previous owner of this collection saw fit to put date stickers on the back of their pins. So far, each
date
we have found to be correct. Even so, there IS a printed date in tiny letters around the bottom of the
pin.
In very good used condition with marks commensurate of a 25+ year old
button. No large scratches, creases, image loss or dents. There are no raised dimples. Good printing.
Minimal darkening from handling/age on the back. See pics.
This pin was not
mass produced because it has Badge-A-Minit stamped on the back. There were probably
only enough to
cover the event made.
