Free Shipping Information:
We ship free to the lower 48 United States only. We ship with carriers such as FedEx, UPS, USPS, Spee-Dee and other Freight carriers. Your item may be shipped out another way based on the item's warehouse location. eBay has problems properly collecting shipping costs for places like, Guam, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Alaska, Hawaii, PO Boxes, and APO/FPO addresses as just a few examples. If you are outside the 48 lower continental United States there WILL be shipping costs. We do our best to provide calculated US Postal Service rates for any products that qualify.
Handling Time:
After your payment has cleared, it will be about 1 business day later that your shipping label will be printed and queued to go out in our daily afternoon shipments. You will receive your order anywhere from 5-7 business days from the date that it is shipped out. We are open Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm Central Standard Time. We do not process orders on the weekend.
Sales tax:
Seller charges sales tax for items shipped to: WI (Wisconsin) 5.6%
Damage In Shipping:
We will work with you to get the case resolved in the fastest method possible working with the appropriate shipping providers, and getting you a replacement item quicker than if you had filed a claim with the shipping provider yourself.
Freight Shipping Information:
Hassle free freight shipping. We ship to your doorstep. In some cases we can give you a discount if your delivery address is a business address with a dock and forklift access.
Signatures:
All Freight shipments and item totals approximately 0 and over have indirect or direct signature required for package delivery. We abide by all of the seller protection policy requirements.
Returns & Exchanges:
Items can be returned within 30 days of the purchase date. Items should be returned in their original packaging including all of the items accessories. All returns require a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number that will be given by a Commercial Bargains customer service representative. Items being returned under buyer’s remorse will be subject to restocking fee of 15% of the items purchase price.
Defective & Damaged products
Replacement or refund of defective or damaged products can only be returned in exchange for the exact same product, or, the purchase price will be refunded back to your original payment method. Defective products may only be returned within 30 days of the purchase date. If an item is received damaged, customer service must be contacted within 7 days of receiving your item. All returns require a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number that will be given by a Commercial Bargains customer service representative.
