    These run true to size. I normally wear a size 10.5D, and these boots fit after putting in thick footbeds.
    These will fit someone who normally wears a size 11D, and someone who normally wears a size 10.5D, and possible a 10D, after putting in thicker footbeds than what's provided. It may be possible the boots would fit someone who normally wears an 11.5D after swapping the given footbeds with something thinner, but I can't say for certain.
    If these boots would be used for work in a company that helps cover the cost of footwear, let me know before buying so I can ensure you'll receive a proper invoice you can show to your employer so the cost can be covered.
