Rare Distinguished Jayhawker Certificate Governor State of Kansas 1964 Jayhawk

Description

This is an original, vintage "Distinguished Jayhawker" certificate which was awarded to Earl Basore by the Governor of the State of Kansas in 1964.  The frame measures approximately 17.5 by 20.5 inches.
This certificate appears to be somewhat rare as I could not locate another example online.
The certificate is in vintage condition with some creating and fold lines, discoloration, and spots; The frame has edge wear and signs of age and handling.
