Macassar Ebony Andaman composite wood veneer 48" x 24" with paper backer
4' x 2' x 1/40" thickness. Grain runs in 24" direction (crossgrain or short grain) and across the 48" direction. Composite veneer is made by a dying and cutting and stacking process done with real wood veneer to achieve consistent, clean appearance and attractive design. This one is as close to natural Ebony as any of the composite versions. It is basically like any other veneer. It is made of real wood. Mostly dark with light streaks as pictured.
Some photos may show other sizes, finished veneer or customer projects, but the wood is the same. Product is unfinished. Ships rolled in long narrow box with application instructions. Other sizes, backers and raw veneer are available. Also shown wood veneer scraper tool and spray contact cement, which are helpful but other options will work also (sold separately).
