Macassar Ebony (Andaman) composite wood veneer 24" x 24" on paper backer.
(2' x 2' x 1/40th" thickness) Composite veneer is made by a dying and cutting and stacking process done with real wood veneer to achieve consistent, clean appearance and attractive design. This one is as close to natural Ebony as any of the composite versions. It is basically like any other veneer. It is made of real wood. Mostly dark with light streaks as pictured. Some photos are of other sizes and may be wet or finished, but the wood is the same and we are trying to show the change from dry to wet wood. Code # 616
