IR2110SPBF International Rectifier Driver IC
Description :
The IR2110(S)(PBF) are high voltage, high speed power MOSFET and IGBT drivers with independent high and low side referenced output channels. Proprietary HVIC and latch immune CMOS technologies enable ruggedized monolithic construction. Logic inputs are compatible with standard CMOS or LSTTL output, down to 3.3V logic. The output drivers feature a high pulse current buffer stage designed for minimum driver cross-conduction. Propagation delays are matched to simplify use in high frequency applications. The floating channel can be used to drive an N-channel power MOSFET or IGBT in the high side configuration which operates up to 500 Volts.

Returns
Damages and Warranty Returns: Damages caused by shipping must be reported immediately, on arrival, so we can begin the claims process. When a warranty product is returned (such as lamps) we do test for damage, date codes, authenticity and defects. Hakko products are warranted from the factory, if you have any issues with the product, although rare, please call us for assistance or, for support with a factory warranty claim - we have factory trained technicians on-site at all times. Returns: You may return your unused product within 30 days of purchase, less shipping and a 15% restocking charge, once product is found to be in good working order. The product must be returned complete as originally shipped and in original packaging. An RMA number must accompany your return.
