Very gently used Gryphon Zephyr ring saw with a second new, unopened fine diamond blade and instructions and manufacturer's brochure and eyes shield and an extra fuse with its allen wrench. This professional-level stained glass saw has been used for less than three hours. It works perfectly – I just didn’t like it; after forty years of making and teaching stained glass, I prefer the old-fashioned method. The motor/ blade assembly can be removed from the base and used as a hand-held saw. Besides stained glass, it can cut other glass, tile, rock, and hard materials because it uses a round diamond blade. Also included an extra fuse and the allen wrench to open the compartment, in case you ever need it, and a plastic eye shield.
This ring saw can cut in any direction and is priceless when cutting deep crescents, inside circles, sharp points, and other “impossible” cuts. Operation is smooth and not over loud, unlike some other saws. It has a large 17 ½” by 17 ½” work surface with an unobstructed view from overhead so you can see what you are working on. The overall dimensions are 18” by 18” by 11” with two 7” diameter round blades, one in the machine and the unopened blade, graded Fine for use with delicate glass as it produces the smooth edge and is the best choice for dichroic glass. These fine blades retail for over on sale.

You can do amazing things with this saw.
A small water reservoir is built into the blade assembly housing and holds enough water for cutting glass, tile, rock and other hard materials. The Zephyr uses a 1/3 HP motor with a height clearance on the work surface of 1 ½”. It is a lot of power in a compact machine, reducing the need for using a grinder.
