This is an antique journal or diary which was apparently put together by a doctor in Topeka, Kansas who was interested in purchasing real estate in the area.  The book has handwritten and clipped articles and advertisements about real estate in Topeka.  He was a doctor at the Topeka Atchinson Railway.
