In my professional opinion, the following item is:
#651 George Rogers Clark, Surrender at Fort Sackville. Block of 4. Issued in 1929.
These items are all what I call "two star(**) quality", which means: each stamp has one or several Small to Moderate Faults, with a variety of condition problems including: off-centered, small tears, thins, no gum, regummed, short perfs, etc., etc. These are NOT sound stamps, but they are inexpensive for the grade.
2023 Scott Catalog Value .80 for Hinged and .60 for Never Hinged.
Stock Photo: the stamp block you receive will be selected at random from my inventory. It may or may not be one of the illustrated stamp blocks. It will always be in the same grade as described.
Please Note: your purchase is for ONE stamp block (NOT the entire group illustrated above). If you want more than one block of stamps, then purchase the quantity you would like.
Thank you,
