These are authentic Swarovski Crystal Faceted bicone beads. Purchased through an authorized dealer.

This is my personal stock. One customer said they measure more like a Xilion Crystal.
When you place Crystal AB genuine and fake versions side by side, You will be stunned. The fake ones are faded looking, the highlight coat is all scratched and rubbing off - they in fact look so awful I don't dare use them in jewelry. The non-AB "crystals" look ok unless you examine them under a magnifying glass, but on close inspection there may be air bubbles inside them, and they don't stand out by shine at all if put side by side with Czech etc. glass beads, like the genuine ones always do. One article on the Net says they might fade out in a year or so and become a different color. A jewelry maker will risk his or her reputation if selling jewelry made with them. Beware of Swarovski priced extremely low and from China. Search the Ebay forums to learn more.
