Total weight 1,219 lbs., o.e windshield, rear glass, door / quarter glass/ trim, related window regulator /motor assembly, wiper motor, all light fixtures, including turn signals, all work consistently due to upgraded electronics. Total weight displayed does include all fluids with one and half gallons of fuel no driver.
Utilizing 2007 Suzuki GSXR 1000 engine, sequential (6) speed manual trans, including custom designed reverse drive kit for street application, complete electronic engine management system. Will reduce the weight of Europa S1,S2,T/C in the range of 550-650 lbs. providing a foundation modernizing all mechanical and drive line components increasing reliability. Performance specs: 180 h.p - 190 h.p @12000 rpm, custom gearing /sprocket ratios capable of speeds 140 -160 mph. complete engine and trans assembly weight approximately 250-275 lbs.
Drivetrain conversion consists of (ALL NEW) custom fabricated engine space frame, tested low mileage Suzuki GSXR 1000 engine / trans. complete electronic harness and ecu, with matching instrumentation, all engine / trans ancillary custom fabricated parts, exhaust system, cooling system ,clutch hydraulics, relocated rear suspension pickup points necessary for stiffer chassis / increased power, proprietary differential, with matching sprockets, custom Bilstein Racing shocks / springs, rear uprights, heavy duty rear hubs / bearing assembly, modified redesigned upgraded trailing arms, with rod ends, track rods with rod ends, custom designed 300 M spec material axles, c/v's, rear disc brakes. Proprietary reverse drive kit.
Body / Chassis, above average condition, with all o.e glass / aluminum glass trim/ seals installed, window regulators /window motors serviced and installed, all door hinge bushings /shafts replaced, locks /latch mechanism serviced installed, hood, engine cover installed with latch /locks installed, with relocated seating position and reinforced driver / passenger seat frames attached to chassis stiffening and increasing drivers seating position is enhanced providing additional leg and head room setup for drivers up to 6' 2" - 200lbs without distorting the fiberglass floor as original seats where fitted, quick release steering wheel for easy driver access. Front suspension components serviced, custom Bilstein Racing shocks / springs, upgraded larger front calipers / discs, new tilton race master cylinder, pedal spacing made wider for easier confident driving regardless of shoe size, with all new brake hard lines and steel braided hoses, custom dash with full instrumentation, complete electrical system replaced and updated with modern instrumentation, switches, custom new wiring harness.
