    Description

    Vehicle Details
Up for sale is our 1970 Lotus Europa S2. We've had it for about 7 years, driving it very occasionally to shows and other local events. It's a VERY fun car. We've made some mechanical improvements over time, but we've got too many projects so we need to part with a few, sadly. During our ownership, this car has received all new brakes and pads, and a few other drivetrain maintenance items. It has an upgraded Weber carb and intake, along with a long-tube header. We do have the original intake and have several other items that we purchased with the intent of putting on the car, but we have no time. So now those items will be given to the new owner with the purchase of the car. Some of the items included with the car are:- All new loop carpet- New tie-rod ends- New Girling OE period-correct single circuit master cylinderThe car is mechanically sound, and it all works. Visually this car is a great 5-10 footer. It has been resprayed at some point, and there are dings, scratches, and cracks in the paint. The windshield seal will need to be replaced at some point. It doesn't seem to leak but is cracking from age. The power windows do work well! This is a great driver. I HATE to get rid of it, but we are consolidating, so it has to go. I'd love to keep it and just enjoy it as a driver, but it's also a viable candidate for restoration for someone more interested and with time to do it.This is not a concourse car, but rather a very nice quality driver. We've had a lot of fun with it, taking it to local events, and it gets a LOT of attention. We're only getting rid of it to consolidate. We will miss having it! We're also selling a 1965 Volkswagen Karmann Ghia on here as well as part of the consolidation if you're interested! :)Please ask any questions you may have. We have a flawless reputation on eBay for a reason. We try our best to fairly represent our items. So if you want more info or details, just ASK! We want you to bid with confidence and feel good about your purchase.Full payment is due within 7 days of auction close. No exceptions. Thanks for looking!
