Once you purchase your desired items, please email us through eBay messages with your customized text information as well as an attached image file. Acceptable image files are eps, jpg, tif, png, and gif... We cannot guarantee quality of images from some cell phone cameras as they are not always high resolution. Resolution of your image should be 300 DPI or higher. You must be the owner of the image in order to print it.
Our response in fulfilling your order is contingent on you supplying us with your label info.
